Lau Financial Services, LLC works in financial services — the kind of work where the right pen, the right folio, and a desk that isn't cluttered with things that don't work actually matter. This shop is that equipment, made available beyond our own office.
We hold every piece to the same standard we'd want on the table during a closing.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. This Site's checkout is a demonstration flow; no live payment is processed through the form presented here.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from our Westford, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–8 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
- Defects covered under our 2-year craftsmanship warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
